Coins TH Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) will collect a management, custody, and maintenance fee for digital asset accounts that are classified as inactive accounts, meaning accounts with no activity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, and/or accounts with outdated information (expired KYC status), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s User Agreement, which you have already agreed to.
The purpose of collecting this fee is to ensure efficient management of inactive accounts, align with service-related costs, and safeguard users’ digital assets. The fee will be applied only to accounts that meet the criteria and will not affect your ongoing trading or other normal transactions. This fee will take effect from 15th July 2026 onward.
The Company hereby announces the fee rates for the management and maintenance of inactive accounts and/or expired KYC/KYB accounts as detailed below:
1. Digital Asset Maintenance and Management Fee
The Company will charge 50 THB per account per month, or the equivalent value in digital assets, calculated based on the market reference price at the end of the previous business day prior to the fee deduction date.
2. Fee DeductionThe Company will deduct the fee from your account in the following order:
2.1 Deduct from the available Thai Baht (THB) balance first, if sufficient.
2.2 If the THB balance is insufficient, the Company will deduct the fee from other digital assets held in your account, calculated to an equivalent THB value, based on asset availability in the following order:
2.2.1 Digital assets with the highest or sufficient balance for deduction.
2.2.2 Digital assets with lower to higher price volatility, in the following order:
1. USDT 2. USDC 3. BTC 4. ETH 5. XRP 6. BCH
Exchange rates will be calculated based on:
- Digital asset reference price based on the market price at the end of the previous business day (T-1), referenced from CoinMarketCap (https://coinmarketcap.com/)
- Foreign exchange rate for conversion to Thai Baht (THB) based on the exchange rates published by the Bank of Thailand on the same day or the most recent business day. https://www.bot.or.th/th/statistics/exchange-rate.html
Example: If the exchange rate is USD = 36 THB and the price of USDT = 1 USD on 29th, December.
On 30th December, the Company will deduct approximately 1.3889 USDT to equal 50 THB.
Any fractional amount resulting from the calculation will be rounded down to ensure that the deducted digital asset value does not exceed the specified fee.
To avoid the collection of this fee, users must complete one of the following actions by 23:59 on 14th July 2026, with qualifying transactions including:
- Thai Baht Cash-in and Cash-Out
- Buy / sell / transfer / deposit / withdraw digital assets
- Complete KYC Refresher and verification
