The Express Transfer THB cash out service will be temporarily close
from Friday, 6 February 2026 at 21:30 until Monday, 9 February 2026 at 10:00,
as part of system enhancements to improve service performance.
During this period, customers can continue to cash out THB via Direct Transfer as usual.
The service hours remain unchanged as follows:
08:00 – 22:00 (Monday – Friday)
10:00 – 19:00 (Saturday – Sunday)
Please note that cash-out requests created after service hours will be processed on the next business day.
